🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities of healthcare workers
- Screen and onboard caregivers
- Communicate with field staff and maintain strong relationships
- Match caregivers with client needs
- Handle inbound calls and deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Support payroll and HR-related functions
- Ensure service delivery meets company standards
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in customer service
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, web tools)
- Experience working with US/UK customers preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Dedicated home office setup (quiet space, stable internet, webcam, headset)
