JOB PURPOSE
KCA University is seeking to recruit Records Management Interns to support the handling of academic and institutional records.
The role focuses on ensuring accurate retrieval, verification, organization, and reconciliation of examination and related records while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and log cases involving missing or incomplete information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for assigned cases
- Verify data against official institutional records
- Retrieve physical documents from storage as required
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy access
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission
- Provide progress updates and assist in preparing summary reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality of academic records
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution OR
- Diploma with relevant experience in Records Management
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and records management skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, document management)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work reliably
- Good communication and teamwork skills
