Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English screening assessments via live interviews and recorded videos
- Evaluate candidates’ communication skills, professionalism, and overall fit
- Provide detailed notes and documentation after each screening
- Guide candidates through the screening process smoothly
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent screening standards
- Contribute to improving screening workflows and processes
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong interpersonal and interviewing abilities
- Experience in interviews, recruitment, or candidate assessment (preferred)
- Comfortable conducting video calls with global candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with tools like Slack or similar platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in HR, recruitment, BPO, or talent operations
- Experience working with international candidates
- Familiarity with evaluation or screening frameworks
