Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, WhatsApp, SMS, and web chats
- Resolve customer issues effectively at the first point of contact
- Maintain high service levels within Contact Centre operations
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in company systems
- Meet departmental KPIs and service level targets
- Manage bulk customer communication campaigns via SMS and email
- Participate in customer experience improvement initiatives
- Prepare and share operational reports on time
- Support multiskilling initiatives across Contact Centre operations
- Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science or business-related field
- Experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools
- Good report writing and analytical skills
