Customer Success Specialist

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success for its legal and technology solutions in Kenya.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing technology roles who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers maximize value from digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and understand customer objectives
  • Support onboarding, activation, and adoption of LexisNexis solutions
  • Deliver customer training and product guidance sessions
  • Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for engagement
  • Conduct customer value reviews and support retention initiatives
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities alongside Sales teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM and customer success documentation
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams
  • Share customer insights to support product improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with digital products or technology platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools like Salesforce or Pendo is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • Degree in Law or a related field is an added advantage
  • Must be based in Kenya
