Key Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and understand customer objectives
- Support onboarding, activation, and adoption of LexisNexis solutions
- Deliver customer training and product guidance sessions
- Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for engagement
- Conduct customer value reviews and support retention initiatives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities alongside Sales teams
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer success documentation
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate issue resolution
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams
- Share customer insights to support product improvement and innovation
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working with digital products or technology platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools like Salesforce or Pendo is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Degree in Law or a related field is an added advantage
- Must be based in Kenya
