Wafi Investment is hiring a Property Sales Executive to join its real estate team in Nairobi, Parklands. This role is ideal for a motivated and target-driven sales professional with strong networking and client relationship skills, particularly within the South Sudanese investment community.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting property investment opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales deals for residential and commercial projects.
Role Overview:
This position focuses on connecting potential investors with Wafi Investment properties, guiding them through available projects, pricing, payment plans, and facilitating site visits and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage South Sudanese clients interested in property investment and management
- Promote Wafi Investment projects through networking and referrals
- Identify and approach potential buyers and investors
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and property developments
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in real estate sales or customer relations (advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to network and build client relationships
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- South Sudanese nationals encouraged to apply
Salary & Benefits:
- KES 80,000 monthly salary
- Commission on successful sales
