Customer Support Specialist (German Speaking) – Fully Remote

A growing international company is seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping shape and improve customer support operations.

In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries via phone and email, process orders, handle invoices, resolve customer issues, analyze feedback, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams. You’ll also contribute to implementing modern e-commerce customer service practices and introducing new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support hotline and email communications
  • Process customer orders and inquiries
  • Prepare and adjust customer invoices
