About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals with general contractors and construction companies.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, helping prospects understand how technology can improve estimating, scheduling, jobsite management, and overall project efficiency.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning the entire sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and customer handoff.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Management

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage leads through the complete sales funnel.
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential customers.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Close revenue-generating deals.

Product Demonstrations

  • Deliver tailored software demonstrations.
  • Showcase solutions aligned with construction workflows.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
