Gunpowder Innovations is hiring a Flutter Developer to join a fast-moving engineering team focused on building scalable, high-performance mobile and web applications. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the Philippines (Manila timezone alignment preferred).
The role is ideal for developers who enjoy working in dynamic environments and are passionate about creating smooth, user-friendly digital experiences across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
Role Overview
As a Flutter Developer, you will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build and maintain high-quality applications. You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable Dart code and ensuring excellent performance and usability across all supported platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and Web.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable Dart code.
- Optimize app performance, animations, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly features.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Follow best practices in software design, testing, and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
- Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL integration.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS or cloud-based systems.
- Background in fintech applications and secure coding practices.
- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).

- 💰 Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱50,000 per month
