Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Develop and maintain software architectures and system designs
- Configure and deploy Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and hypervisor environments
- Support Linux OS deployment and embedded software solutions
- Perform software verification, testing, and integration activities
- Lead technical implementation and software lifecycle processes
- Contribute to runtime optimization, performance, and reliability improvements
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of professional C programming experience
- 3+ years working within RTOS development environments
- 2+ years in embedded systems, Linux kernel, or device driver development
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
Boeing offers competitive compensation and employee benefits.
- Experienced Level (Level 3): $118,150 – $182,850
- Senior Level (Level 4): $149,600 – $232,300
