Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:

  • Develop and maintain software architectures and system designs
  • Configure and deploy Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and hypervisor environments
  • Support Linux OS deployment and embedded software solutions
  • Perform software verification, testing, and integration activities
  • Lead technical implementation and software lifecycle processes
  • Contribute to runtime optimization, performance, and reliability improvements

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of professional C programming experience
  • 3+ years working within RTOS development environments
  • 2+ years in embedded systems, Linux kernel, or device driver development

Preferred Qualifications

Additional advantages include experience with:

  • C++, Python, or Rust
  • Git, GCC, Clang, Bazel
  • Docker or Podman containers

Compensation and Benefits

Boeing offers competitive compensation and employee benefits.

  • Experienced Level (Level 3): $118,150 – $182,850
  • Senior Level (Level 4): $149,600 – $232,300
