JOB PURPOSE
Peach Cars KE is seeking to recruit a Brand Ambassador – Lead Generation and Customer Engagement responsible for driving customer acquisition by generating leads, engaging potential buyers and sellers, and supporting sales conversions.
The role is critical in building strong customer relationships, promoting the company’s services in the field, and ensuring a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers. This position also supports business growth by maintaining accurate lead data and collaborating with internal teams to close deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate and qualify high-quality buyer and seller leads
Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records in CRM and webform systems
Engage customers in the field to build trust and credibility
Represent the company professionally across different locations
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth transactions
Educate customers on how the platform works and guide them through the process
Support customer engagement initiatives to improve acquisition and retention
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or customer service is preferred
Familiarity with field sales or customer engagement activities
Experience using digital tools such as CRM systems or webforms is an added advantage
Knowledge of assigned sales territories is a plus
