Customer Support Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

Whop is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist responsible for delivering fast, effective, and high-quality support to users and creators on the platform.

The role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering queries, and providing clear guidance while maintaining a seamless support experience. This position also contributes to improving product quality by escalating feedback and identifying recurring user challenges.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the first point of contact for users and creators via Intercom
Respond to inquiries with clear, helpful, and timely communication
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Escalate complex problems and product feedback to relevant teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction through friendly and effective support
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
Take initiative to go above and beyond in solving customer problems


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (customer support, business ownership, or similar)
Familiarity with Whop as a user (buyer or seller) is required
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Experience using support tools such as Intercom is an added advantage

WORK SETUP & SCHEDULE

Fully remote role with global flexibility
Available shifts:

  • 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (EST)
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST)
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (EST)

Weekend shifts are rotational and required


COMPENSATION

Salary: $48,000 per year
