📌 About the Role
This role combines sales, marketing activations, and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for recruiting new customers and ensuring they continue purchasing Jibu products.
On the delivery side, you’ll also handle product distribution and customer service during deliveries.
✅ Key Responsibilities (Sales Agent)
- Recruit households, corporates, and resellers to buy Jibu products
- Lead activations in assigned areas to boost brand awareness
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support tender preparation for large-scale supply projects
🚚 Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver products safely and on time using a motorbike or vehicle
- Load and transport goods carefully
- Provide customer service and collect payments where required
- Maintain assigned delivery equipment (bike/vehicle)
- Keep accurate delivery and stock records
