Global Time & Attendance Product Strategy Lead – Remote Worldwide

Remote is hiring a Global Time & Attendance Product Strategy Lead to support compliance-focused Time & Attendance (T&A) operations across multiple countries.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in payroll systems, labor law compliance, project management, and global workforce operations. You’ll work closely with compliance, payroll, product, and implementation teams to ensure T&A systems are compliant by design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed compliance requirements into T&A project delivery processes
  • Ensure country-specific labor laws are integrated into system configurations
  • Translate legal and statutory requirements into operational controls
  • Coordinate with Product, Payroll Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams
  • Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Support audits and prepare documentation for regulatory reviews
  • Develop governance frameworks and risk management processes
  • Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and change logs
  • Monitor working time regulations, overtime rules, rest periods, and statutory requirements
  • Ensure scalable and compliant T&A processes across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Time & Attendance systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, or Ceridian Dayforce
  • Strong understanding of global payroll compliance and labor regulations
  • Experience with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and payroll operations
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret labor legislation and translate it into system functionality
  • Experience coordinating audits and compliance documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within distributed global teams

Salary Range

  • USD $124,500 – $140,100 annually
